About Me

Photography is more than a passion - it’s part of who I am.

I have loved photography for as long as I can remember.  As a young girl, I brought my camera with me everywhere I went. I would take pictures of anything that caught my eye. I became the official photographer of my own life.  In University, I studied media & communications, but wondered if photography was my real calling.  After graduation, I decided to take my hobby to a new level and enrolled into a diploma program in photography at Algonquin College (back in the old days when film was the norm).  This opened up a whole new world for me where I was able to enhance my creativity, and combine it with the technical expertise to showcase it.  After graduation, I worked as an apprentice for Cattroll Photo Associates, then freelanced for several years, not knowing where my photography would lead me. After the birth of my beautiful baby daughter Jasmine, my life and my love for photography took on a whole new meaning.  I wanted to capture all the precious moments of my child’s life because she is my miracle.
